Spectroscopic Pipeline
======================

:code:`tshirt` has a pipeline for spectroscopic data that can:

- Do background subtraction of the images
- Find the 2D profile of images
- Extract the spectrum for all images
- Gather together a dynamic spectrum
- Plot and save wavelength-binned data
